REASON: The GOP wants to communicate its positions directly to teachers to thwart what it says are lies and attacks by the Ohio Education Association, the state's largest teachers union.

RESOLUTION: The union won a temporary restraining order but must still argue in court that the records are shielded by Ohio law.

As a teacher and a member of DEA (not my choice), I get tired a being bombarded by leftist drivel sent out by the OEA and NEA, I welcome conservative information on the issues. Why is the OEA so worried about the Republicans getting our information if it represents all of its members, Democrats and Republicans? If the members don't want to read the information from an alternate perspective, then they can just throw it away like I do with the crap it send to me every month.
