Police reports: Car stolen overnight

Nov. 20

A car was stolen while it was parked overnight in the 2200 block of Castlepine Court.

A person was seen on a surveillance camera about 7:25 p.m. Nov. 17 throwing a large rock at the north entrance door of Wilson Junior High School, 714 Eaton Ave.

An apartment door was kicked-in between 8 p.m. Nov. 19 and 1 p.m. Nov. 20 at a residence in the 100 block of Ross Avenue. a Wii game system and games, a Nintendo game system, a 32-inch television, a BluRay DVD player, and a digital camera were stolen from the apartment.

A report of a person posing as a staff member of St. Aloysius Forensic and Mental Health Center, 3105 Dixie Highway, calling a pharmacy numerous times between Nov. 17 and Nov. 20 to fraudulently obtain a prescription for one of their patients which had been filled.

A laptop computer was stolen sometime on Nov. 2 from a residence in the 1500 block of Shuler Avenue.

A personal check was stolen between Nov. 11 and Nov. 16 from a residence in the 300 block of Hampshire Drive. The check was later filled out and cashed for $198.53.

A bookbag, coat and lunchbox were stolen about 10 a.m. from a locker at Crawford Woods Elementary School, 2200 Hensley Ave.

Someone cut the lines to the air conditioning units and stole two air conditioning units sometime before 4 p.m. at Shadow Creek Apartments, 7895 Shadow Creek Drive.

During an overnight attempted burglary Nov. 13 at a residence in the 200 block of Pond View Court, the door jamb to a residence was apparently gouged with a pry tool.

A GPS device, a DVD player and a cell phone charger were stolen overnight Nov. 19 from a vehicle parked in the 600 block of New London Road.

A person was robbed of $100 about 5:15 p.m. in the 2600 block of Elmo Avenue.

An EBT card and $250 were stolen Oct. 31 from a residence in the 900 block of Vine Street. The report was made to police on Nov. 20.

A person told police they were threatened by a person with a gun about 6:58 p.m. in the 900 block of Dayton Street.

A burglary was reported between 1 and 2 a.m. Nov. 18 in the 300 block of Corwin Avenue. A 42-inch television, a PlayStation game system and two cameras were stolen from the residence.

About $110 was stolen from a lock box between Nov. 12 and Nov. 19 from the 1000 block of Hunt Avenue.

The driver’s side door lock was broken and damaged the electric window switch of a car that was parked overnight Nov. 17 in the 3500 block of Freeman Avenue. A second car was also broken-in but no damage was seen.

Nov. 21

A jacket and a hat were stolen overnight from a truck that was parked in the 200 block of Fairborn Drive.

A GPS device and a cell phone were stolen from a car that was parked overnight in the 400 block of North E Street.
