Police reports: $600 in tattoo equipment stolen

Feb. 5

Sometime overnight, two outdoor air conditioning units were taken apart and the copper was stolen from a residence at the 1000 block of High Street. The total value of both air conditioning units was reported at $5,000.

An air conditioner compressor and copper pipes were stolen between Aug. 1 and Feb. 4 from the 300 block of Hooven Avenue. The value of the stolen items was reported at $4,000.

About $600 in tattoo equipment was stolen from vehicle parked overnight in the 400 block of Franklin Street.

Between 10 and 10:30 a.m. Feb. 3, someone took a 47-inch television from a residence in the 800 block of Franklin Street.

A wallet and some jewelry was stolen between 2 and 5 p.m. from the 2700 block of Hilda Avenue. The wallet contained $110, some credit cards and person identification.

A GPS device was stolen from a vehicle that was parked Jan. 21 in the 2500 block of Dixie Highway.

Sometime between 10 p.m. Feb. 4 and 3 p.m. Feb. 5, someone scratched both sides of a vehicle that was parked in the 300 block of Hampshire Drive.

About 20 55-gallon plastic barrels were stolen between Jan. 4 and Feb. 5 from Becker Equipment, 8300 N. Gilmore Road. The value of the stolen barrels was reported at $400.

Two handguns, two laptop computers, an iPod, a box with miscellaneous pieces of jewelry, prescription medication and the front and rear license plates from the victim’s vehicle were stolen between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Feb. 3 from a residence in the 800 block of Carlisle Avenue.

An iPad valued at $395, was stolen from an unlocked vehicle between 1:45 and 3:30 p.m. while parked in the 200 block of Market Street.

Sometime between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., someone drove a vehicle to the rear of a property in the 400 block of Cleveland Avenue and stole 50 circuit boards, copper wire, an air conditioning unit and two air conditioning coils.

A hunting knife, an iPad, an iPod, a knife and case and a custom gun holder was stolen overnight from a vehicle parked in a driveway in the 500 block of Gorham Drive. The total value of the items was more than $1,300.

Between 4:30 p.m. Feb. 4 and 10 a.m. Feb. 5, someone broke the storm window at Fabulous Finds, 10 South D Street.

Feb. 6

Various power tools and equipment were stolen from an unlocked storage section to his work utility vehicle that was parked

between 2 and 2:40 a.m. in the 400 block of Hammond Boulevard.

Between Feb. 4 and Feb. 5, someone two unauthorized charges for $182 and $157 after stealing a credit card from a wallet of a resident in the 400 block of East Avenue.

An assault was reported between 11 a.m. and noon Feb. 3 in the 400 block of Warr Lane.

A camera valued at $500 was stolen between Feb. 2 and Feb. 6 from a residence in the 2400 block of Benninghofen Avenue.

An assault was reported about 1:07 p.m. in the 200 block of Ludlow Street.

A section of iron rod fence was stolen between Feb. 4 and Feb. 6 from a residence in the 0 to 100 block of North Seventh Street.

Between 7 and 7:20 p.m., a person reportedly ran out of the Tractor Supply store, 1372 Main St. with two chain saws that was not paid for. The chain saws were valued at $399 each.

An iPhone was stolen from a coat pocket between 7:30 and 8 p.m. in the 1400 block of Main Street.

The passenger mirror on a vehicle was knocked off between 8:31 and 9:05 p.m. while the vehicle was parked in the 0 to 100 block of Linda Lane.

Prescription medication was stolen between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. from a residence in the 0 to 100 block of Waterpoint Lane.
