The Dayton VA Medical Center relies on benefactors making a difference in American heroes' lives.

If you would like to make a difference during this Veteran's Day holiday, you can make a cash or non-cash contribution by contacting the VAMC Dayton Voluntary Service.

You can either drop off or mail in your donation to the Voluntary Service at Dayton VA Medical Center: 4100 W. Third Street Dayton, OH 45428. All checks should be made out to "Dayton VA Medical Center" with a note identifying what you wish to purchase or support.

A needs list is available upon request. If you would like further information, contact the Voluntary Service office at (937) 268-6511 extension 2927.

CASH DONATIONS

Cash donations are used to ensure Veteran patients remain comfortable. These include:

  • Hygiene products
  • Refreshment supplies
  • Recreational activities

NON-CASH CONTRIBUTIONS

      Non-cash contributions are used to make our patients' stay more enjoyable. Items accepted include:

      • Magazines
      • Coffee and Cookies (Pre-Packaged)
      • New or gently used clothing
      • DVDs
      • Video Games (X-Box 360, PS3 and Wii)
      • Telephone cards
