LIBERTY TWP. —

One of the country’s longest-running home shows will begin at noon July 13 in Butler County.

Homearama runs through July 28 at the housing development Carriage Hill, located at 6306 Princeton Glendale Road, Liberty Twp.

“This year’s show features a dramatic sunken home theatre, an indoor basketball court, a spectacular home library, stunning architecture including a 16-foot turret and cupola, trendy outdoor living spaces and themed bedrooms,” said Dan Dressman, executive director of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati, in a statement.

Six homes will be on display priced from $850,000 to more than $1.2 million.

Carriage Hill is a 400-acre housing development in Liberty Twp. owned by the Terry family. The Carriage Hill community’s focal point is a historic (circa 1882) brewery carriage house. It’s surrounded by a landscape of lakes, woodlands and walking paths.

Homearama tickets can be purchased for $13 at the gate. Discount tickets for $11 can be purchased in advance at area Kroger stores or can be obtained with a valid AAA membership card at the gate.

The event is open from 4 to 10 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and noon to 10 p.m. Fridays through Sundays. Children 12 and younger accompanied by an adult are admitted free. Onsite parking is also free. Food and beverages can be purchased at the show.
