WEST CHESTER TWP. — Police have located a West Chester Twp. woman who took off after a domestic dispute.
Sgt. Matt Tombragel with the West Chester Police Department said Carmen Rosario Stoetzel, 44, of the 8000 block of Fox Knoll Drive, was reported missing Thursday morning. F
Stoetzel was located Thursday afternoon, according to police.
