Temps struggle to rise above 40 til Thursday

DAYTON —

Sunday evening clouds will increase and continue into Monday morning.

Monday will start in the upper 20s with some sun returning mid-day before clouds increase into the evening ahead of a system passing Dayton to our south and drop flurries overnight into Tuesday morning. Highs Monday should be in the lower 40s.

Any clouds still around Tuesday early will move out quickly with sun the remainder of Tuesday. It will be colder with morning lows in the mid 20s and afternoon highs to around 40.

For Wednesday, sunny with temperatures starting in the mid 20s and rise to about 40.

Highs will be in the mid 40s Thursday and sunny skies continuing.

Friday temps look to reach the upper 40s and still sunny.

Saturday’s high may hit above 50, with possible showers.

Dry weather returning for Sunday.
