MILFORD TWP. —
A Milford Tw.p man was killed Tuesday night in a single-vehicle crash on Scott Road, according to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office.
Gary Beckett, 69 of the 2000 block of Oxford-Trenton Road, was driving west on Scott Road near Ohio 177 at about 7:15 p.m. when his sport utility vehicle when off the left side of the road and hit a tree, according to a preliminary investigation by deputies.
Beckett was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy has been scheduled for Thursday at the Butler County Morgue. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
