Court Administrator Rob Clevenger said the 17-year-old boy who was charged with delinquency by way of disorderly conduct and two counts of assault did not appear as scheduleed, and neither did his parents.
Clevenger said it appeared there was a problem with the service of the summons and that the court rescheduled the pre-trial hearing for 8:30 a.m. Friday.
“It’s on him to appear,” Clevenger said.
Clevenger said one of the 15-year-old girls also failed to appear in court to answer an assault charge. He said an arrest warrant was issued and the girl will appear in court upon her apprehension.
The other 15-year-old girl, also charged with assault, appeared in court as scheduled but did not enter a plea.
Clevenger said counsel was appointed for the girl who appeared, and she was also placed on house arrest.
He said a pre-trial hearing for the girl was set for 3 p.m. March 16 before Magistrate Michael Braun.
