The man ran into an alley in the vicinity of the intersection of High Street and North College Avenue, according to a police report.

The man then ran behind a house on Withrow Street, where he removed the cow suit and jumped over a fence, police said.

A police sergeant, however, was waiting on the other side of the fence.

At that point, the man attempted to tear off a bar wristband, according to a police report.

The man smelled of alcohol and was in possession of a fake driver’s license, according to the report. The blue cup, however, was recovered and found to contain water.

The man was identified as Davis Shaw Hanscom, 20. He was charged with prohibited acts, underage consumption and obstructing official business and taken to the Butler County Jail.
