INITIAL REPORT:
Southbound State Route 4 at Oxford State Road and the entrance ramp from Oxford State Road westbound to State Route 4 are closed due to a steel coil falling off of a semi when it flipped.
The semi has been towed, but crews are still working to remove the steel coil from the roadway.
The driver of the semi was transported to Atrium Medical Center for minor injuries.
