MORE: Your questions answered about Issue 2
The ballot issue has been the focus of expensive TV ad campaigns, with more than $20 million already spent. But voters have expressed confusion over what the law, if passed, would actually do to prescription drug prices in the state.
Host Jim Otte and Dayton Daily News reporter Katie Wedell spoke with both supporters and opponents of the proposed state statute, which will appear on the Nov. 7 ballot.

Issue 2 would require that state-funded health care programs — including for example the Ohio Department of Medicaid, public employee health plans and prisons — pay the same or lower prices for prescription drugs as the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
The Dayton Daily News will also have in-depth coverage of the issue in Sunday’s paper.
