Fairfield-based Tedia Company is looking for people to donate food items or new, unwrapped toys for its annual Christmas fundraiser.

Economic hardships have presented a challenge to local food banks. Tedia employees have increased their annual gifts to Tedia’s charitable giving partners — Dove House, Midwestern Children’s Home, and the St. Vincent DePaul Society.Part of Tedia’s mission is “to strive to be a good neighbor and share its success within our community and around the world.”

Donations may be dropped off between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at 1000 Tedia Way, Fairfield. Donations will be accepted until Dec. 15.
