The Butler County grand jury returned 38 indictments during its first session in June. The grand jury also returned 11 cases to the lower courts for further disposition.

Donald W. Meyer, 45, 2496 Cincinnati-Brookville Road, Fairfield; certified back to the lower court on one count of disorderly conduct.

Joseph Whisman, 30, 1825 Kahn, Hamilton; indicted on one count each of aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated trafficking in drugs (direct) and aggravated possession of drugs.

Eli Metcalf, 24, 770 East 222 St., Cleveland; indicted on two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and one count of aggravated possession of drugs.

Natasha R. Hayes, 26, 612 Dewdrop Circle, Cincinnati; certified back to the lower court on one count each of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, resisting arrest, obstructing official business, operating a vehicle under the influence, signal lights, and seat belt required.

April Birgel, 19, 1101 Hamilton Ave., Hamilton; indicted on one count each of trafficking in marijuana and possession of marijuana.

John D. Walker, 39, 632 Schenck Ave., Hamilton; certified back to the lower court on one count of assault.

Dewayne McWilliams, 38, 1802 South Breiel Blvd., Middletown; indicted on one count each of aggravated possession of drugs, driving under suspension and possession of marijuana.

Brittany M. Dorich, 23, 8407 Davis Road, Maineville; indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs.

Bryanna H. Smith, 19, 7331 Brookville Road, Oxford; indicted on one count each of trafficking in marijuana, possession of marijuana and permitting drug abuse.

Raul Nonato, 23, 131 Barnum St., Hamilton; certified back to the lower court on one count of assault.

Nichole M. Hannebaum, 26, 5789 E. Contreras Road, Bath, Ind.; indicted on one count of deception to obtain a dangerous drug.

Richard A. Prince, 54, 19 Billy Circle, Hamilton; indicted on one count each of possession of cocaine and operating a vehicle under the influence.

Joseph D. Allen, 47, 3165 Wilbraham Road, Middletown; certified back to the lower court on one count each of possession of drugs, obstructing official business, driving under suspension, failure to stop after an accident and failure to control.

Ambia Reed, 28, 23 Della Drive, Hamilton; indicted on one count of deception to obtain a dangerous drug.

George D. Davis II, 21, 2138 Fairfax Ave., Hamilton; indicted on one count of having weapons while under disability.

Thomas W. Joyce, 32, 5876 West Union, West Union; indicted on nine counts of aggravated possession of drugs (direct), and one count each of robbery, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer (direct), operating a vehicle under the influence, aggravated vehicular assault (direct), and vehicular assault (direct).

John Stafford, 21, 919 Greenwood Ave., Hamilton; indicted on one count each of trafficking in marijuana, obstructing official business, possession of marijuana, furnishing false information to avoid citation, and driving under suspension.

Eric Rivas, 28, 12 Cessna Court, Hamilton; indicted on one count of possession of cocaine.

Christopher Wehlitz, 20, 2 Hampshire Court, Hamilton; indicted on one count each of possession of cocaine.

Kisha Gray, 34, 421 S. 12th St., Hamilton; indicted on one count each of trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine.

William Everhart, 38, 3124 Seneca St., Middletown; certified back to the lower court on one count of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Alvin L. Norman, 41, 2150 Augusta Blvd., Apt. 116, Fairfield; indicted on two counts of trafficking in cocaine (direct), and one count each of possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine (direct), possession of marijuana (direct), possession of drugs (direct), and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (direct).

Micah L. Jackson, 20, 319 S. Poplar Ave., Apt. A, Oxford; indicted on one count each of burglary, aggravated menacing and criminal damaging or endangering.

David A. Tannreuther, 28, 1820 Logan Ave., Middletown; certified back to the lower court on one count each of possessing criminal tools and possession of marijuana.

Amy L. Schwab, 26, 2810 Armco Drive, Middletown; certified back to the lower court on one count of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nathan Kane Long, 22, 1916 Hill Ave., Middletown; indicted on one count of burglary.

Norman J. Carmack, 31, 20 N. 6th St., Hamilton; indicted on one count each of intimidation and obstructing official business (direct).

Timothy Cassano, 25, 913 Dayton St., Hamilton; indicted on one count of possession of heroin.

Sondra L. Webb, 41, 207 N. Mound St., Somerville; certified back to the lower court on one count of petty theft.

Randall Earl Hamilton, 27, 2033 2nd Ave., Cincinnati; indicted on one count of theft.

Andrew Coburn Newcomb, 24, 409 Sycamore, Apt. 1, Middletown; certified back the lower court on one count of criminal trespass.

Shane C. Frazier, 22, 512 Teackwood Court, Trenton; indicted on two counts of breaking and entering.
