HAMILTON — Central Avenue from Hanover Street to Pershing Avenue will be closed during the daytime to through traffic beginning at 7 a.m. Monday, Nov. 23, until 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov 25 for milling and resurfacing of the asphalt pavement, according to the Hamilton Public Works Department.

Black Street between B and North Third streets will be closed to through traffic from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, Nov. 23, 24, for resurfacing of the asphalt pavement, public works officials said.
