Oxford police are looking for two men who forced their way into a mobile home and robbed and beat two people inside.
Police were called to 5201 College Corner Pike just before 11 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 22, on the report of a robbery in progress.
The resident, a 73-year-old man who was found bleeding from the head, told police he woke up when his oxygen tank stopped working and found the power was out. He looked out the front of his trailer and saw three men standing in the road, according to a police report.
He heard a knock on the door, and when he opened it, two masked men forced their way inside and knocked him to the ground, kicking and punching him. They also beat an elderly woman in the trailer.
One man had a knife and threatened the residents, according to police.
The suspects took an undisclosed amount of money and fled, according to police.
The two men who entered the trailer are described only as wearing masks and a dark hooded sweatshirt and a red hooded sweatshirt. There is no description on the third person who did not enter the trailer, according to police.
