yes complaining about what we wont have on the 4th helps remember why we celebrate it! come on lets all get our familys together and celebrate what we have left of our life too hug your children your brothers and sisters your parents if your lucky to have them. the money Hamilton couldnt spend on fireworks isnt an issue our leaders made a great decision to save what money we have left, and in the end we just may be greatful. so instead of madness lets celebrate our life as is. TOGETHERNESS!!!

In Hamilton, Ohio, for all of you that will be attending the fireworks on the river, there will be no artillery cannon duel across the Great Miami River this year. Unfortunately, there was not enough donations collected ($900-4 four cannons $15/shot-15 shots/cannon). Maybe next year. The 5th Ohio Light Artillery will be at the Woodside Cemetery on Sunday for the re-dedication of their Veterans Wall. Hope to see you there!
