HANOVER TWP. — An Oxford woman died Wednesday afternoon, June 10, in a two-vehicle crash on Reily-Millville Road west of Cochran Road in Hanover Twp., according to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office.

Mary Jo Fritzsche, 46, was pronounced dead about 2:10 p.m. at the crash scene.

A preliminary investigation by the Butler County Sheriff’s Office indicates Fritzsche was driving a 1988 Chrysler west on Reily-Millville Road. She then she failed to control the car and was struck by a 1993 Ford pickup truck driven by Kenneth White, 42, of Reily Twp., according to Lt. John Sons of the sheriff’s office.

White received minor injuries and was transported to The Fort Hamilton Hospital for treatment, according to the sheriff’s office.

The crash remains under investigation by the sheriff’s office traffic unit.

My family had known Mary Jo and her family for many years, my grandma heard this on the news yesterday and was very sad when she realized who this was. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

First of all thanks for the thoughts and prayers to the family of Mary Jo, we appreciate it. Secondly, if this paper is soooo aweful why do you people read it? My aunt is dead and most of you just want to rag on the errors of the article. I can't post the rest of the thoughts going through my head about the inappropriateness of some of the comments.
