WEST CHESTER TWP. — Interstate All Battery Center has opened its newest franchise location in West Chester Twp.

The new store, located at 7846 Cox Road, near the intersection of Tylersville Road, will celebrate its grand opening Saturday, Aug. 29, with festivities including free food, drinks, gadget giveaways and a drawing for an iPod.

“We are glad to bring Interstate All Battery Center, a widely recognized and highly respected brand to Greater Cincinnati,” said Rodney Swope, franchise owner and operator. “We have a strong dedication to this thriving community and we look forward to providing our customers with quality products and dependable service.”

Interstate All Battery offers more than 16,000 types of batteries and power solutions for everything from laptops and cameras to boats and hearing aids, according to a news release.

Swope said he plans to open another location in northern Kentucky in summer 2010.
