FAIRFIELD - Tickets are going fast for the first show of this year’s Sojourner concert series.
As of today, Jan. 27, about 24 seats remain for the concert featuring singer-songwriter JD Souther, who is known for writing hits with the Eagles and Linda Ronstadt, among many others.
The show is at 8 p.m. Feb. 6 at the Fairfield Community Arts Center, 411 Wessel Drive.
This event is a joint effort with Mercy Hospital-Fairfield to raise funds for and awareness of Sojourner Recovery Services. The concert is presented as an “intimate session” as the artists tell stories from their lives, the meaning behind songs and entertain by playing their hits.
Tickets are $30 for the orchestra section and $25 for the stadium section. To purchase tickets online, visit www.fairfield-city.org/parks/cac/theater.cfm or call (513) 867-5348.
Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Fairfield Community Arts Center. Box office hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
Sojourner Recovery Services was founded in 1985 and will celebrate its 25th Anniversary in April 2010. Sojourner provides quality, comprehensive services for primary substance abuse and/or related mental health issues to their clients.
