HAMILTON — Health department officials are warning food service businesses to be on the look out for individuals falsely identifying themselves as health inspectors, according to the city.
Throughout Ohio, these people are targeting food service operations and retail food establishments in an attempt to obtain personal information from operators, according to the city.
Hamilton health inspectors are required to wear their city identification cards at all times and business owners are encouraged to request this identification prior to allowing any official access to their establishments, according to the city.
