From what I heard either on the TV news or WLW the man who was injured was the one at fault. But the other one can still be cited for leaving the scene.

Let me guess, They both left the bar at the same time and were racing down millville until they crashed into each other. I am almost certain that neither of them had a motorcycle endorsment.

So someone gets drunk and crashes into another motorcycle. Then he's more worried about going to jail than he is about saving the life of the poor guy he just injured. So he leaves him there to die? Even if he wasn't drunk he's the lowest of the low. I hope they throw him away for the rest of his life and I hope the injured man files a civil suit that takes away every posession he has.
