Brian D. Ollis, 42, 305 Mill St., Seven Mile; indicted on one count each of aggravated possession of drugs (direct) and illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs (direct).

Aleksey A. Sytnik, 20, 131 W. Spring St., Oxford; indicted on one count each of trafficking in marijuana (direct), illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (direct), and possession of cocaine (direct).

Aaron Carlin Case, 31, 158 Conwell Ave., Aurora, In.; indicted on two counts of theft (direct), and one count each of forgery (direct) and receiving stolen property (direct).

Butler County Sheriffs

Burglars kicked in the rear door of the Dorothy Madden residence in the 5600 block of Howe Road between June 12 and June 20, and took a jewelry box and three pieces of jewelry valued at $1,000.

Thieves took a pillow case and $600 worth of jewelry from the Clint Collins residence in the 6600 block of Diver Lane between  2:30 and 10:30 p.m.  June 23. Closets and kitchen cabinets were ransacked, but only jewelry was taken.

A large amount of computer equipment was stolen from Reynolds Inc., 6451 Middletown-Germantown Road, Bob J. Stanton reported June 28. A window was broken out of the businesses and about seven computer towers, six flat screen monitors and two lap tops were taken.

City of Hamilton Police

Three computers, a television, $300 in cash and jewelry were stolen between 8:30 a.m. June 23 and 1 a.m. June 24. The items, valued at $5,300 total, were taken from a residence on Waterfowl Lane, deputies report.

Deputies report a theft occurred at Wasserman Road and Imperial Drive between 6 p.m. June 23 and 8 a.m. June 25. The suspect stole $900 worth of BobCat forks for forklifts from Queen City Fence Contractor.

Someone poured sugar in the gas tank of a vehicle located on Christina Drive, police report. The vehicle was vandalized between  12:15 a.m. and 6 a.m.  June 25.

A Garage door was broken and a four-wheeler was stolen from a residence on Kahn Ave. Deputies report the crime occurred between 10 p.m. June 25 and 4 p.m. June 26. $100 worth of damage was done to the garage door and the stolen item is worth $550.

$935 worth of tools were stolen from Ken Neyer Co. on Hensley Avenue. The items were taken between June 26 and June 27, deputies report.

A stalker has been sighted at the YWCA on MLK/Maple, deputies report. The victim said the stalker has been hiding behind nearby buildings and following her on the street. Last reported June 27, the stalker appeared four times prior.

Roy Lee Campbell, 47 was arrested for assault June 27. Campbell pushed the victim to ground and slapped her, then threatened to “whip her ass.”

Lorrie Frazier, 36 was arrested for stealing from Walmart on Main Street, deputies report. Frazier stole $121.04 of items.

From June 27 to June 28, someone broke into a locked storage shed on Franklin Street, deputies report. More than 10 items were stolen, including five bicycles, eight extension cords, a grill, a lawn mower, various gardening tools, personal records and gasoline.

J and B Steel Company has been robbed of $1,200 worth of copper. Deputies report the copper was stolen between June 26 and June 29 from the company, located on Main Street.

Someone opened several accounts by stealing a local man’s identity. Police report the accounts were opened from Feb. 8 until June 29. $551 were spent on City of Hamilton Utilities, $664 on a Cincinnati Bell wireless account, $227 for Time Warner services and $465 for Cincinnati Bell home services.

$2,200 worth of electronics were stolen from a residence on N. D Street, between June 26 and June 29. Deputies report the burglar came in through a rear kitchen window and stole a Dell computer and a flat screen monitor.

A pool pump, valued at $600, was taken from the backyard of a residence on Corliss Avenue. The pool pump, stolen June 29, was taken while the victim was sleeping, deputies report.
