The Butler County grand jury returned 42 indictments during its fourth session in June. The grand jury also returned six cases to the lower courts for further disposition.

Pete Snyder, 44, 26884 Bennett Road, Holden, La.; indicted on three counts of passing bad checks and one count of grand theft.

Gary Mac Gross, 60, 1619 Winona Drive, Middletown; indicted on one count of theft.

Cathy Gross, 46, 1619 Winona, Middletown; indicted on one count of complicity to theft.

Shelia A. Martin, 43, 1110 Homeside, Cincinnati; indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs.

Robert Lynn, 31, 4665 E. Miami River Road, Cleves; indicted on one count of possession of heroin.

Megan A. Halderman, 22, 2904 Sherman Ave., Middletown; indicted on one count of vehicular assault.

Brandy N. Bowling-Turley, 35, 550 Beissinger, Hamilton; indicted on one count each of possession of cocaine, driving under suspension, failure to illuminate rear license plate, and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Deandre Saunders, 18, 1524 Pueblo Drive, Hamilton; certified back to the lower court on one count of petty theft.

Ileria Imani Ali Bey, 23, 3431 Evanston Ave., Cincinnati; indicted on one count each of forgery and theft.

Joe R. Jones, 53, 4163 Red Cloud Court, Oxford; indicted on two counts of possession of cocaine, and one count each of trafficking in cocaine (direct), trafficking in cocaine, and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Devon J. Brown, 37, 912 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. 9A, Oxford; indicted on one count each of trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine.

Edward Robertson, 38, 129 Sail Drive, Eaton; indicted on one count each of aggravated burglary, aggravated burglary (direct), felonious assault, kidnapping (direct), vandalism (direct), resisting arrest (direct), endangering children (direct), and obstructing official business (direct).

Miranda Eversole, 26, 1905 Shuler, Hamilton; indicted on one count each of tampering with evidence, possession of heroin, and possession of cocaine.

Nicole Vollet, 22, 572 Hermay, Hamilton; indicted on three counts of aggravated possession of drugs, and one count each of possession of heroin and permitting drug abuse.

Jose Guadalupe Rodriguez-Hernandez, 21, 1021 Edison, Hamilton; indicted on one count each of possession of heroin, operating a vehicle under the influence, operating a vehicle under the influence (direct), and tampering with evidence (direct).

Josiah B. Campbell, 22, 7 Muriel Court, Fairfield; indicted on one count each of tampering with evidence, possession of cocaine, and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jason R. Farmer, 28, 226 Starr Ave., Apt. 4, Hamilton; indicted on two counts of possession of drugs and one count of aggravated possession of drugs.

Joshua Sebastian, 23, 26 Whitaker, Hamilton; indicted on one count of theft.

Elicia Scott, 28, 5927 Lake Road, Morrow; indicted on one count each of burglary, theft, and theft (direct).

Charles A. Burke, 31, 5927 Lake Grove, Morrow; certified back to the lower court on one count each of receiving stolen property, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs, and open container.

Christina Collins, 33, 3200 Locust St., Monroe; indicted on one count each of receiving stolen property and possession of drugs.

Jeffrey A. Jenkins, 53, 54310 Ridgeview Drive; indicted on one count each of attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and importuning.

Joshua B. Gregory, 19, 11368 Hetzler Road, Middletown; indicted on one count each of receiving stolen property and receiving stolen property (direct).

Jennifer Droke, 22, 316 Main St., Hamilton; indicted on one count each of retaliation, assault, criminal damaging or endangering, harassment with bodily substance, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.

Ramie Elrod, 32, 29 Olinger Drive, Hamilton; indicted on one count each of theft, misuse of credit cards (direct), and receiving stolen property (direct).

Christopher Spahn, 26, 829 Martin Ave., Hamilton; indicted on one count of having weapons while under disability.

James Hurd, 42, 813 Heaton St., Apt. 2, Hamilton; certified back to the lower court on one count of domestic violence.

Lee R. Gibson, 37, 605 Charles St., Middletown; indicted on one count each of grand theft, breaking and entering, and theft.

Joel D. Dubose Jr., 33, 424 Ringling, Hamilton; indicted on one count of attempted burglary.

Thomas E. Eads, 33, 7622 Whitehall Circle, West Chester; indicted on one count each of breaking and entering, vandalism, and resisting arrest.

James E. Halas, 66, 5216 Stirrup Court, West Chester; indicted on one count of assault.

Jody L. Coffey, 33, 425 Clinton, Hamilton; indicted on one count of rape.

Justin A. Willis, 19, 559 Charlberth Drive, Hamilton; certified back to the lower court on one count each of menacing, disorderly conduct, and aggravated trespass.

Geoffrey N. Jester, 26, 2261 West Kemper Road, Cincinnati; indicted on two counts each of trafficking in cocaine (direct) and possession of cocaine (direct).

Eric Clemons Jr., 24, 5638 Kirby Ave., Cincinnati; indicted on one count each of aggravated robbery (direct), theft (direct), and having weapons while under disability (direct).
