The city of Hamilton has announced flow testing of the water distribution system will take place from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, July 4 on “B” Street. Residents within the area of Ross Avenue, “B” Street, Rhea Avenue and Dick Avenue may see rust-colored water and are advised not to do laundry during that time, officials said.

What brain trust came up with this date and time to accommodate Smart Papers? And who is paying the overtime wages to perform this test?
