Fire department responds to odor at daycare

LIBERTY TWP. — The Liberty Twp. Fire Department was dispatched at 8:36 a.m. to a report of a fire alarm activation at the Tutor Time Day Care in Liberty Twp.

There was no fire and no smoke but there was a report of a slight odor that was attributed to a blower motor, according to Ryan Chapman, firefighter/paramedic for the Liberty Twp. Fire Department.

Maintenance was on the scene fixing the problem, Chapman said.

Firefighters cleared the scene at approximately at 9:27 a.m.
