BUTLER COUNTY — Some temporary work may be available for the unemployed as about 1,000 jobs are up for grabs through the 2010 Census.
At least half of the jobs will likely be filled by Butler County residents as the area makes up half of Cincinnati suburban office, which is based in West Chester Twp., said Lee Bachelor, local manager of field operations.
If you plan to apply for one of these jobs or have already tested for one, we’d like to hear from you for an upcoming story. Tell us why you applied and how the work will help you. To participate in the article, contact reporter Jessica Heffner at (513) 705-2843 or e-mail jheffner@coxohio.com.
This information will be used for an article, so be sure to include your full name and the city where you reside. This is not a way to apply for a Census job. To do that, contact the Census at census.gov.
