All lanes of southbound Interstate 75 just south of Monroe are open to traffic after a morning accident stopped traffic, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.

A four car accident blocked all lanes of traffic for a short time this morning south of Ohio 63 near the rest area. One person was injured, officials said.
