Hamilton man faces 13 felony charges involving sex with children

A Hamilton man is facing 13 felony charges involving sex with children, according to prosecutors.

Terry D. Lewis, 46, of Ludlow Street, was indicted by a Butler County grand jury Wednesday on seven counts of rape, four counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, gross sexual imposition and sexual battery.

The rape charges involved a victim younger than 13 years old and some of the alleged crimes date back to 1997, according to the grand jury report.

There are two victims who are known to Lewis, according to Assistant Butler County Prosecutor Kelly Heile.

The case was investigated by the Trenton Police Department.

A warrant for Lewis’ arrest was issued Wednesday morning.
