Fenwick High School principal resigning

The leader of Bishop Fenwick High School is resigning.

Principal Andrew Barczak will leave at the end of the school year, according to Cincinnati Archdiocese officials.

Barczak submitted his resignation earlier this week to Sue Gibbons, superintendent of the Archdiocese Schools, according to spokesman Dan Andriacco.

“Andrew Barczak went to her office early yesterday morning and resigned, effective at the end of the school year. It was his decision,” Andriacco told this news outlet.

Barczak did not immediately respond to messages left seeking his comments.

Fenwick, which is within Middletown’s city borders but is located along the western border of Warren County, has 555 students.
