Kathy Booker of Troy had never been to EnterTRAINment Junction in West Chester until December. Now that she’s learned about the entertainment center’s after-Christmas ticket deal running all month, Booker said she plans to make the 50-minute drive, again.

“We heard about EnterTRAINment Junction from a friend and knew our grandsons liked trains,” Booker said. “It’s a great deal, so we’ll have to come back.”

EnterTRAINment Junction, which features 80,000 square feet housing an indoor train display, children’s play area, railroad museum and a fun house, will offer one Do-It-All pass with the purchase of another today through Jan. 31. A Do-It-All pass is $14.95 for all ages and includes access to all EnterTRAINment Junction attractions.

“People of all ages can find something to do here,” said Michelle Oeters, EnterTRAINment Junction human relations and marketing manager. “Displays are interactive too, so kids can learn while they play.”

Museum fun facts

Interactive train display: Ninety trains running over 25,000 square feet take museum visitors through three periods of U.S. history: railroading’s early period (1860s-1900s), middle period (1940s-1950s) and the modern era (1970s to present). Tracks run through hand-crafted cities, towns and green space.

Interactive play area: A 5,000-square-foot railroad themed entertainment center includes tunnels, train tables and trains to sit and play in.

Learn about railroading history: A 5,000-square-foot museum details railroading history and has interactive features including trivia, a video theater and photo opportunities.

Funhouse: Take a break from trains and experience a circus-like atmosphere in a fun house featuring a mirror maze, spinning vortex tunnel, tilt room, curtain maze and more.
