ROSS — Police are searching for a bank robbery suspect today, Oct. 30 after the suspect allegedly put a gun to a bank clerk’s head.

The suspect’s gun did not fire and the suspect made those inside the Fifth Third Bank on Hamilton Cleves Road lay on the floor before fleeing in a black 4-door vehicle, police said.

Officials are warning locals to use caution while in the area, but the high school will not be locked down, according the superintendent of the Ross school district.
