Butler County  grand jury

The Butler County grand jury returned 35 indictments during its first session in October. The grand jury also returned eight cases to the lower courts for further disposition.

Charles Burke, 31, 2159 Lake Drive, Morrow; indicted on one count each of aggravated possession of drugs, aggravated possession of drugs (direct) and possession of drugs (direct).

Neal Payne Jr., 20, 9943 Greenbush Road, Camden; certified back to the lower court on one count each of menacing, underage possession and disorderly conduct.

Coty A. Proffitt, 20, 1101 Hunt Ave., Hamilton; indicted on one count each of unlawful possession of dangerous ordnance, possessing a defaced firearm and obstructing official business.

Anthony A. Quintal, 18, 7237 Krach Court, Middletown; certified back to the lower court on one count each of petty theft and assault (direct).

Clarence Joseph Thomas, 48, 1607 Manchester Ave., Middletown; certified back to the lower court on one count of assault.

Kenneth Eugene Edwards, 19, 507 Tremont Court, Middletown; indicted on three counts of possession of drugs, and one count each of aggravated possession of drugs, operating a vehicle under the influence, driving under financial responsibility law suspension, failure to control and obstructing official business.

Kevin Oliver, 30, 1609 Pershing, Middletown; indicted on one count each of burglary and sexual imposition.

Jonathan Robert Gregory, 26, 3607 Ellis Way, Middletown; indicted on one count each of possession of cocaine, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drugs.

James Parker, 49, 3701 Lewis St., Middletown; indicted on one count each of operating a vehicle under the influence, operating a vehicle under the influence (direct) and driving under suspension.

Marco A. Piccirillo, 22, 7 Rockridge Circle, Spencerport, N.Y.; indicted on one count each of possession of cocaine and driving under suspension.

Corneilius Goolsby, 36, 940 S. 12th St., Hamilton; indicted on one count of domestic violence.

Bradley D. Mason, 34, LKA 3051 Cattail Cove, Burlington, Ky.; indicted on two counts of grand theft, and one count each of defrauding creditors, securing writings by deception, telecommunications fraud, receiving stolen property and forgery.

Christopher Nistler, 23, 5710 Hamilton Eaton, Hamilton; indicted on one count of possession of heroin.

Ron O. Harrison, 43, 5287 Chateau Way, Fairfield; indicted on one count each of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, operating a vehicle under the influence and driving under financial responsibility law suspension.

Adam Herrera-Pacheco, 26, 1914 Pleasant Ave., Hamilton; indicted on one count each of possession of heroin and trafficking in heroin.

Octavio Camacho-Ontiveros, 35, 1914 Pleasant Ave., Hamilton; indicted on one count each of possession of heroin and trafficking in heroin.

Bradley Jenkins, 38, 4667 Trenton Franklin, Middletown; indicted on one count each of aggravated burglary and theft (direct).

Timothy Wayne Henderson, 27, 6501 Germantown Road, Lot #20, Middletown; indicted on two counts of domestic violence.

Lisa Farris, 39, 490 Hampshire Drive, Hamilton; indicted on one count of possession of cocaine.

Daniel G. Junker, 27, 2478 Mt. Vernon Drive, Fairfield; indicted on one count each of forgery and carrying concealed weapons.
