Fairfield Police Department
Ismail A. Rahim, 21, of Fairfield, was arrested at 12:11 p.m. Nov. 7 in the 3700 block of Woodridge Boulevard on suspicion of aggravated menacing.
Helen Irene Fields, 44, of Hamilton, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. Nov. 8 on Symmes Road at Fairfield Avenue on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired.
The theft of $1,730 worth of medication and a computer cable cord occurred at 4 p.m. Nov. 8 from an apartment on Applebury Drive. Reported total value is $1,750.
The theft of 40 brake shoe cores, scrap steel, a Caterpiller head core and a truck rim occurred between 4 p.m. Nov. 8 and 9:30 a.m. Nov. 9 from Night Hawk, 2727 Symmes Road. Reported total value is $1,730.
The theft of 14 batteries occurred between 6 p.m. Nov. 8 and 8 a.m. Nov. 9 from Wombles Auto Care, 1382 Hicks Blvd. Reported total value is $1,500.
The theft of batteries from seven vehicles and catalytic converters occurred from two vehicles between 7 p.m. Nov. 8 and 8 a.m. Nov. 9 all parked at Halcomb Concrete Construction, 1409 Veteran Drive. Reported total value is $1,900.
The theft of a hood and grill assembly a Dodge Durango occurred between 5 p.m. Nov. 9 and 2:30 p.m. Nov. 10 parked at B&G Auto Sales, 5200 Dixie Highway, after someone broke the rear and front driver side windows. Reported value is $800 and damage is $250.
The theft of a wallet with $30 and a laptop occurred between 11 p.m. Nov. 9 and 6:30 a.m. Nov. 10 from an unlocked vehicle parked on Pineview Court. Reported value is the $710.
The theft of a laptop occurred between 10 p.m. Nov. 9 and 4 a.m. Nov. 10 from a home in the 3800 block of Mack Road. Reported value is $800.
The theft of a vehicle occurred at 4 p.m. Nov. 9 parked in the 900 block of Nilles Road. Reported value is $1,000.
James M. Higginbotham, 36, of Fairfield, was arrested at 6:19 a.m. Nov. 10 on Mack at Ross roads on suspicion of possession of drugs.
The theft of a CD player and a vehicle’s passenger side door handle/keyhole before 1:38 p.m. Nov. 10 from a vehicle parked on Camelot Drive. Reported total value is $550.
Caleb M. Surface, 18, of Fairfield, was arrested at 3:48 p.m. Nov. 11 in the 300 block of Cog Hill on suspicion of criminal trespass and petty theft.
The theft of a flat screen television, a laptop and desktop computer occurred between 6 and 7:50 p.m. Nov. 11 from a home in the 7400 block of William Hensley Drive. Reported total value is $9,900.
The theft of $900 and $65 in gift cards occurred before 9:30 a.m. Nov. 12 from a home in the 1200 block of West Augusta Boulevard.

Brooks A. Demarais, 19, of Hepburn Hall, was charged with underage intoxication after he was found passed out on the front stoop of the City Building on Nov. 8.
An unidentified woman took an unknown quantity of prescription medication in an attempt at suicide and was taken to The Fort Hamilton Hospital on Nov. 2.
A South Beech Street resident reported the theft of the GPS from his car on Nov. 3.
A South Main Street resident reported the theft of items ordered from North Slope on Nov. 2.
A Super Walmart employee reported the theft of a Dell computer valued at $848 on Nov. 3.
A McKee Avenue resident reported the theft of $50 from her purse at Salon Signature on Nov. 2.
A Spruce Lane resident reported telecommunications harassment on Nov. 2.
A South Main Street resident reported criminal mischief after a rock was thrown through the window of his residence on Nov. 2.
A Hamilton resident reported a dog bite while working in the yard of his rental property on Brown Road on Nov. 2.
A Timothy Road resident reported the theft of a rental sign from University Avenue on Nov. 2.
An Applewood Court resident reported criminal mischief on Nov. 1 after an unknown suspect put purple spray paint on the hood of her car.
Prashanth Enjapuri, 23, of Red Cloud Court, was charged with offenses involving underage persons after selling alcohol to an underage agent at The U-Shop on Oct. 30.
John E. Robinson IV, 19, of Memphis, Tenn., was charged with offenses involving underage persons and certain acts prohibited at Stadium Sports Bar on Nov. 1.
Jordan E. McElroy, 19, of Marion, Ark., was charged with offenses involving underage persons at Stadium Sports Bar on Nov. 1.
Chelsea Marsico, 19, of Worthington, Ohio, was charged with offenses involving underage persons at Pachinko’s Bar on Nov. 1.
Andrea L. Schepel, 19, of Battle Creek, Mich., was charged with offenses involving underage persons at Balcony Bar on Nov. 1.
Devonte Michael Duncan, 18, of North Main Street, was charged with underage possession and open container on Nov. 5.
A Skipper’s Pub employee reported the theft of a tip jar by a patron on Nov. 5.
Alec J. Fuchs, 19, of Brandon Hall, was charged with offenses involving underage persons and disorderly conduct on Nov. 5.
A Roberts Apartments employee reported the theft of the large Rumpke recycle can on Nov. 4.
