Butler County  grand jury

The Butler County grand jury returned 30 indictments during its second session in November. The grand jury also returned four cases to the lower courts for further disposition.

Jaimee R. Woodruff, 18, 161 Bailey, Hamilton; indicted on one count each of aggravated possession of drugs, receiving stolen property and possessing criminal tools.

Don Perry Showalter, 32, 1306 Michigan Ave., Middletown; indicted on one count of robbery.

Anthony Dion Blake, 21, 1915 Woodlawn Ave., Middletown; indicted on one count of possession of cocaine.

Tim Allen, 37, 4721 Roosevelt Ave., Apt. B, Middletown; indicted on one count each of possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence (direct).

James Williams, 27, 425 N. 9th St., Hamilton; indicted on one count each of possession of heroin and possession of drugs (direct).

Brandon Galliher, 31, 25 Martin, Hamilton; indicted on two counts of assault and one count of obstructing official business.

David D. Cortaz, 22, 211 Jerome St., Hamilton; certified back to the lower court on one count each of receiving stolen property and driving under suspension.

Anita Gruenemeier, 53, 1157 Blackwell Road, Fairfield; indicted on one count each of possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chase A. Lovelace, 18, 1607 Highland St., Middletown; indicted on two counts each of burglary and theft.

Andrew L. Crawford, 18, 8298 Brigantine Court, Apt. 70, West Chester Twp.; indicted on one count each of burglary and grand theft.

Rachel J. Walsh, 26, 1130 Minor Ave., Hamilton; indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs.

John Partin II, 21, 520 Ross Ave., Hamilton; certified back to the lower court on one count of domestic violence.

Roy L. Boggs, 40, 826 Willow Ave., Hamilton; certified back to the lower court on one count each of domestic violence and violating a protection order (direct).

Roberto Martinez-Coronado, 23, 631 Ludlow St., Hamilton; indicted on one count each of carrying concealed weapons and using weapons while intoxicated.

Herbert Moore, 48, 43 Mollie Drive, Hamilton; indicted on one count of domestic violence.

Jad Holmes, 628 Lafayette, Apt. H, Middletown; indicted on two counts of kidnapping (direct), and one count each of aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, rape (direct), and obstructing official business (direct).

Keith D. Barrett, 23, 3104 Ohio, Middletown; indicted on one count each of burglary and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Cory M. Isreal, 19, 716 15th Ave., Middletown; indicted on two counts of kidnapping (direct), and one count each of aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, rape (direct) and receiving stolen property (direct).

Greg E. Sumpter, 26, 418 Dalewood Drive, Erlanger, Ky.; indicted on one count of receiving stolen property (direct).

Bobby Kent Young, 27, 120 W. Apple St., Dayton; indicted on one count of robbery (direct).

William Tussey, 28, 1006 Catalpa Drive, Middletown; indicted on one count each of possession of marijuana (direct) and tampering with evidence (direct).

Aaron N. Nugent, 22, 936 Hamlin Drive, Maineville; indicted on one count each of possession of heroin (direct), operating a vehicle under the influence (direct) and marked lanes (direct).

Karen L. Henry, 34, 1199 Franklin Ave., Columbus; indicted on one count each of possession of heroin (direct) and possessing drug abuse instruments (direct).

Hannah M. Edwards, 24, 4321 Shafor Drive, Hamilton; indicted on one count of possession of drugs (direct).

Darryl Rogers, 38, 419 Forrest, Franklin; indicted on one count each of receiving stolen property and forgery (direct).

Yuyang David Bai, 19, 1609 Valley Ridge Court, Naperville, Ill.; indicted on one count each of gross sexual imposition (direct), assault (direct) and aggravated robbery (direct).

Schofield, 48, 315 Macready Ave., Monroe; indicted on two counts of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, and one count each of possession of marijuana, operating a vehicle under the influence, operating a vehicle under the influence of marijuana metabolite, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Eric L. McCree, 32, 321 S. 6th St., Hamilton; indicted on one count of possession of cocaine.

Rashawn Roberson, 23, 700 Gordon Smith, Apt. 12, Hamilton; indicted on one count each of assault and domestic violence.

Jason S. Sandlin, 30, 466 Wencella Drive, Hamilton; indicted on two counts each of tampering with evidence and possession of drugs, and one count each of trafficking in drugs, driving under financial responsibility law suspension and carrying concealed weapons.
