HAMILTON — A 44-year-old man is facing 15 counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, according to a Butler County grand jury report released Wednesday, Oct. 7.

Michael Raymond Denning was indicted by a grand jury for allegedly having sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl, according to Butler County Assistant Prosecutor Jennifer McElfresh. The charges are fourth-degree felonies.

The alleged incidents are said to have occurred between mid-April and mid-June in Millville, McElfresh said.

Denning, who was arrested June 24 by Butler County Sheriff’s deputies, was an acquaintance of the girl’s family, she said.
