NEW MIAMI — The Butler County Sheriff’s Office announced today, Sept. 30, that an arrest was made in regards to an armed robbery over the weekend at a convenience store.

Jeffery Daniel Patrick, 31, of the 1400 block of Wichita Drive in New Miami, was arrested Tuesday night and charged with aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, according to the sheriff’s office.

Authorities say on Saturday, Sept. 26, Patrick wore a ski mask, used a handgun and acted alone to rob the Quick Stop Marathon Station, 667 N Riverside Drive. The suspect reportedly fled on a bicycle.

Patrick is being held in the Butler County Jail awaiting an arraignment in Hamilton Municipal Court.
