ROSS TWP. — Police are seeking a fourth suspect for an arson that caused about $700,000 in damages at a local recreational vehicle business in late November.
Police Chief Ben Kramer said Christopher Jacob, 20, is being sought for allegedly helping three others set a fire that destroyed six recreation vehicles at Southwest RV Service and Storage.
Jacob is known to frequent the Fairfield and Norwood areas, police said.
Hamilton residents Walter Freytag, 19, Ryan Wildt, 22, and Ashley Moses, 19, from the Ross area, have been arrested and are facing multiple charges in the incident.
A Butler County grand jury Tuesday indicted Freytag, of the 700 block of Pyramid Hill, on seven charges of arson and one charge each of petty theft, and breaking and entering. Wildt, of the 2000 block of Robin Avenue, was also indicted on the same charges.
Both Freytag and Wildt are slated to be arraigned on the charges in Butler County Common Pleas Court at Feb. 8 before Judge Craig Hedric.
Moses has been charged with complicity and receiving stolen property.
