Butler County  Grand Jury

The Butler County Grand Jury returned 31 indictments during its third session in January. The grand jury also returned six case to the lower courts for further disposition.

Derrick James, 34, 125 Grant Circle, Hamilton; indicted on one count each of trafficking in cocaine (direct), trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine and obstructing official business.

Christina Joseph, 36, 4721 Roosevelt, Middletown; certified back to the lower court on three counts of criminal damaging or endangering.

Ryan Venable, 19, 201 Algonquin, Hamilton; certified back to the lower court on one count each of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Natasha A. Kuyper, 26, 7311 Forest Ave., Apt. 2, Cincinnati; certified back to the lower court on one count of disorderly conduct.

Eugene Wright, 30 2008 Woodlawn, Apt. 2, Middletown; indicted on one count each of possession of cocaine and driving under suspension.

Paul Pater, 51, 110 Williams Ave., Hamilton; certified back to the lower court on one count of operating a vehicle under the influence.

Justin Kelly Hart, 24, 6459 Foxview Place, West Chester; indicted on one count each of aggravated possession of drugs, trafficking in marijuana, and possession of marijuana (direct).

Heather Belcher, 29, 3216 Navaho St., Middletown; indicted on one count each of possession of cocaine, falsification, and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

James McClary, 56, 5901 Hanley Clse, Milford; indicted on one count of patient abuse.

Jeffrey Reynolds, 49, 6767 Lester Ave., Hamilton; indicted on one count each of burglary and criminal damaging or endangering.

Carl D. Barger, 35, 8348 New Burlington Road, Waynesville; certified back to the lower court on one count of petty theft.

Brian P. Hagar, 29, 1308 Hensley Ave., Hamilton; certified back to the lower court on one count of criminal simulation.

Richard Caldwell, 37, 366 Hampshire Drive, Apt. 8, Hamilton; indicted on one count each of possession of cocaine, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to appear.

Rebecca Quinn, 38, 601 14th St., Middletown; indicted on one count of escape (direct).

Erica L. Peters, 24, 1728 Timber Hollow Drive, Fairfield; indicted on four counts of permitting drug abuse (direct); and one count each of aggravated possession of drugs (direct), possession of drugs (direct), possession of hashish (direct), possession of marijuana (direct), and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (direct).

Justin K. Hart, 24, 6459 Foxview Place, West Chester Twp.; indicted on two counts each of trafficking in marijuana (direct) and aggravated trafficking in drugs (direct).

Sean K. Sanders, 22, 5072 Millikin Road, Liberty Twp.; indicted on one count of breaking and entering (direct).

Maricao Ramses Santos-Perez, 24, 3647 Ravenwood Ave., Cincinnati; indicted on five counts of aggravated robbery (direct), four counts each of robbery (direct) and having weapons while under disability (direct), and one count each of kidnapping (direct) and felonious assault (direct).

Prentiss D. Avery, 23, 6304 Meyers, Columbus; indicted on one count each of complicity to aggravated robbery (direct), complicity to felonious assault (direct), aggravated robbery (direct), robbery (direct), having weapons while under disability (direct), and felonious assault (direct).
