Butler County  Grand Jury

The Butler County Grand Jury returned 46 indictments during its fourth session in January. The grand jury also returned seven cases to the lower courts for further disposition.

Luther Watson, 47, 2027 Windmill Way, Cincinnati; indicted on one count of possession of cocaine.

Julia Meddock, 32, 402 Old Main St., Miamisburg; indicted on two counts of possession of drugs, and one count each of aggravated possession of drugs and marked lanes.

Michael D. McGaha, 39, 7796 Kaye Drive, Franklin; certified back to the lower court on one count each of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, open container and driving under suspension.

Tyler Scott Taylor, 20, 2120 Woodlawn Ave., Middletown; indicted on one count each of possession of heroin and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Candace L. Warren, 45, 121 Shafor, Middletown; indicted on one count each of aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs.
