Tucker, 46, will be housed in the Preble County Jail, according to Butler County Sheriff’s Maj. Mike Craft.
Tucker's uncle, Lester Parker, who is also charged with aggravated arson and murder, is housed in the Warren County Jail.
Last week, Chief Deputy Anthony Dwyer told the Journal-News why the men were not in the Butler County Jail.
“Lester Parker has medical issues and many of our jail medical staff are Hamilton paramedics,” Dwyer said. “We don’t want anyone to be able to claim any impropriety given the nature of the case.”
Dwyer said last week they intended to house Tucker in a neighboring county jail for the same reasons.
Tucker is scheduled to be arraigned Monday. Parker is scheduled to be back in court Monday as well for a pretrial hearing.
Parker, 66, is the owner of the Pater Avenue house where firefighter Patrick Wolterman died while battling a blaze in December 2015. Prosecutors say Parker solicited Tucker to light the fire.
