Middletown police are asking for help in locating suspects in back-to-back break-ins early this morning at gas stations.

The” smash and grab” suspects first struck about 3:30 a.m. at Lindsey’s Shell at the corner of North Verity Parkway and Germantown Road.

Security video shows the duo parking a white vehicle near the station, walking up to the door and breaking out the glass, according to the report. One suspect attempted to steal change from the vacuums outside, then went inside and took $6,000 worth of cigarettes.

Also stolen were multiple lighters and sunglasses.

About 10 minutes later, the same suspects broke out the glass door of Speedway at Roosevelt Boulevard and Orchard Street. They also took multiple brands of cigarettes, which were dumped in to a trash can.

Both suspects are white males wearing knit hats. One appears to have on a black varsity-type jacket with leather sleeves. The other had on a dark jacket with a pink scarf covering part of his face. They left in a white or light colored Pontiac Sunfire.

If you can identify this suspects or have any information about the incidents, call detectives at 513-425-7736.
