John T. Hopkins is alleged to have engaged in sexual activity with a minor, according to an indictment list issued Monday by the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.
According to criminal complaints filed in May in Lebanon Municipal Court, Hopkins is alleged to have twice engaged in sexual conduct with a 13-year-old boy and stored child pornography on his cellphone.
Hopkins was arrested, but freed on $20,000 bond after a hearing in the municipal court.
He is scheduled for arraignment at 8:30 a.m. on July 21 in Warren County Common Pleas Court.
