Company to build new Greater Cincinnati facility, add 1,100 jobs

A company with a Warren County presence is set to become a major jobs creator in the region.

Ensemble Health Partners garnered a 2.31 percent, 15-year Job Creation Tax Credit from the Ohio Tax Credit Authority on Tuesday, a move that will allow the company to create 1,100 full-time positions as part of an expansion project to a yet-be-determined location.

Ensemble established a satellite office in Deerfield Twp. in 2016 and will continue its growth there, according to company officials.

The location of the new 300,000-square-foot facility someplace in Greater Cincinnati is yet to be determined and is “contingent upon the approval of state and local incentives,” officials said.

“The access to top talent, central U.S. location and affordable lifestyle and business environment that southwest Ohio offers are very attractive,” said Judson Ivy, the company’s chief executive officer. “Ensemble Health Partners specializes in innovative revenue cycle solutions, and we are excited to be a part of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Greater Cincinnati.”

The quality of life and historical culture of wellness that the region offers were important factors, as well.

Ensemble Health Partners has experienced exponential growth over the last several years and company officials said it is committed to growing its presence in Greater Cincinnnati.

“We set out with the goal in mind to find a location that would best position us for continued growth, while ensuring we can continue to innovate and deliver the exceptional results our current and future clients expect from our team,” said Shannon White, Ensemble Health Partners’ senior vice president.

The North Carolina-based company provides consulting to hospitals and health systems.

Ensemble expects to start building the project in 2018 for completion by 2019, according to Nate Kaplan, a company spokesman. Site selection and completion of the facility development are contingent upon the approval of state and local incentives.
