  Day two of the Alfredo Mario Lopez-Cruz trial. Cruz is in court for a 2005 alleged rape of a 9-year-old Hamilton girl on Father's Day. Sheriff's deputies extradited Cruz from Mexico last fall to stand trial. He has been dubbed the county's most wanted criminal for six years.
