Butler County site named one of the best workplaces in Ohio

UC Health’s West Chester Hospital has been named one of Ohio Business Magazine’s 2017 “Best Workplaces,” joining 50 other businesses across the state that have been recognized for their exemplary workplace culture.

In addition to the recognition from Ohio Business Magazine, the hospital has been named a “Top Workplace” by the Cincinnati Enquirer four times, including in 2017, and also was featured as a 2017 LEAD Magazine “Top Workplace.”

“We are proud to know that our team members consistently place us among the top workplaces in the state,” said Tom Daskalakis, chief administrative officer for West Chester Hospital. “It is our staff of dedicated professionals, from physicians to support personnel, who make West Chester Hospital an outstanding place to carry out UC Health’s purpose of advancing healing and reducing suffering in our community.”

Best Workplace in Ohio winners are determined over a two-month evaluation period. Candidates are selected from nominations submitted by associates within the respective organizations.

Ohio Business Magazine will feature West Chester Hospital in its fall edition.
