MIDDLETOWN — A $3.5 million hotel will be built close to the city’s intersection with Interstate 75, according to city building records.
The builders of a Hampton Inn were issued June 29 a building permit for a four-story, almost 53,000-square-foot hotel at 2880 Towne Blvd., Middletown.
Currently under construction in Butler County is a second Hampton Inn in Oxford.
