Smith earns insurance agency distinction

Micheal Smith, an American Family Insurance in Middletown, has been recognized for providing outstanding customer experience under the J.D. Power and Associates Distinguished Insurance Agency Program.

Smith has been an agent for American Family since June 2006. His office is located at 1200 Sunset St., Middletown.

The service excellence distinction was determined through an evaluation process conducted by J.D. Power and Associates. The process consists of a customer satisfaction survey that measures customers’ overall experience with their current American Family agent.

Quinn named chamber volunteer of the month

Denise Quinn, vice president & brewery plant manager at MillerCoors in Trenton, is the Greater Hamilton Chamber of Commerce’s volunteer of the month. Quinn recently celebrated 34 years with MillerCoors working in both their container division and breweries in four different locations/states. Originally from Syracuse, N.Y., she is married to John Quinn and has a 16-year-old son, John. Quinn is on the chamber board and serves as second vice chair. She also serves on the board for the Boys & Girls Club of Hamilton.

Nenni joins Salon Nouveau

Salon Nouveau, a full service hair and nail salon located across from Stefano’s Italian Cafe, has announced Christina Nenni as its newest hair stylist and nail technician.

Nenni brings with her over six years of experience in the hair and nail services industry. She comes to the salon from Tanya’s Image & Wellness Salon in Hyde Park, where she worked as a hair stylist for two years. She has also worked as a stylist at Great Clips and nail technician at Ambiance Nail Salon & Spa.

Nenni is a graduate of Middletown High School and Butler Tech School of Cosmetology. She has been licensed by The Ohio State Board of Cosmetology since 2007.
