Clark Schaefer Hackett, an accounting and business consulting firm, will open a new Miami Valley office on July 2 at Austin Landing to support the company’s regional growth along the Interstate 75 corridor.

The new accounting center will house staff from the firm’s former Dayton and Middletown locations, including nine shareholders and the chairs of six speciality services.

Herb Lemaster will serve as shareholder-in-charge. John Venturella, the firm’s corporate secretary, will continue his service on the firm’s management committee.

Officials said the move will not interrupt business.

Clark Schaefer Hackett plans an open house in August. The firm also has locations in Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Springfield, Toledo and Troy, Ohio.
