Jaylon Hill, 20, of Kuntz Avenue, was taken into custody this afternoon during a traffic stop at the intersection of 14th Avenue and Yankee Street, according to Middletown police Lt. Jimmy Cunningham.

Hill is facing multiple charges, including two counts of carrying a concealed weapon (loaded), possession of criminal tools and possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle. He is housed in the Middletown City Jail.
